Description

Mammoth Dill is a superior dill that grows up to six feet. It grows out an extra amount of lush airy foliage, and it produces giant flowers with the seed umbels sometimes reaching 15 to 18 inches across. All parts of the plant — leaves, stems, flowers, and seeds — can be used to impart Dill flavor to dishes.

Mammoth Dill contains small amounts of sodium, potassium, dietary fiber, protein, vitamins B6 and C, calcium, iron, and magnesium.
